Our Director 
Rev. Casey Moffett-Chaney is the co-founder, director and senior minister for The Portland Center for Spiritual Growth. She has a degree in Music Education from the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music in Stockton, California. She served as a public school music educator for 10 years, and was one of the early directors of PLC (1988). She has performed with the Rose City Swing Band as a vocalist, and is an accomplished musician on guitar, French horn, and various other stringed and brass instruments. Casey's goals for PLC are to grow in numbers, provide interesting music, have fun while rehearsing, and bring that fun into the lives of all who attend our performances. She has been married to her wife, Berdell, since 1983. They have one son, Corey, and two spoiled cats, Mitchell and Flopsie. |
