Site History
The first incarnation of this site was put up on the net in the year 2000. A very simple design, and quick-loading. The original web mistresses were Mary and Lynn L.

In May 2001, the upkeep of the site was handed over to Cathy C. who gave the site a new look using frames. Cathy was responsible for the site until May of 2002 and it was then given to the "PLC Web mistress" as she wishes to be known as online. She made sure that all the content on the site was updated often and correct.

Then the site was given to me, Taylor T., to manage. My first revamp of the site was very simple and not too colourfull. It didn't take to long before I started working on version two of this design; I wanted to fix the problem with screen real-estate and the fact that I really do not like frames. So...
I made the second version of the same basic layout. A little prettier, a little more colorful. The same basic ideas are used in this layout, but it doesn't look quite so blocky.

And that brings us to what you see before you. I decided to give it a facelift. I got tired of looking at the old design and I knew I could do better than that. since the entire point of this is to give credit where due, I used the Wayback Machine to view the old versions of this site. If you've never seen it, check it out.
